Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Custom-made items may require 3–5 business days for crafting before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 business days

• Express Delivery (India): 2–4 business days (available at checkout)

• International Shipping: 7–14 business days (charges apply based on location)

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays, holidays, or local conditions.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

• Standard shipping charge of ₹49 on orders below ₹999.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) available at an additional fee of ₹50.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• Customised/personalised items (e.g., name necklaces or brooches) are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

Return Process

1. Email us at support@anbroz.com with your order ID and reason for return.

2. Our team will approve and guide you through the return shipping process.

3. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after quality check.

Exchange

• Size or design exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to availability.

Note: Reverse pickup is currently available in select locations. If unavailable, the customer must self-ship the item.
